An introduction to the leadership team at Brentwood Communications.
With over 25 years of experience in the two way radio industry, James is responsible for overseeing and steering the long term growth of the organisation. Since taking the position of Managing Director, Brentwood Communications has transformed into a multi million pound company. James has a passion for the Brentwood team and values, and is focused on company growth and maintaining the role of the leading communications organisation. When he’s not working, James loves learning new skills and spending time with his wife and three children.
John has been working at Brentwood Communications for close to 10 years and has 15 years of experience in the radio industry. His role is to oversee the running of day to day operations in the company. Coming from a sales background, John naturally gravitated towards marketing over time, and in 2014 achieved his chartered marketeer status, and is currently studying his post graduate qualification. John is planning to travel to the Hidden Kingdom next year to climb the Himalayan mountains.
Paul has worked in the radio industry for 15 years, starting off as a driver and hire assistant, before progressing to a Hire Department Manager followed by an Operations Manager. He is now Brentwood’s Logistics Manager and oversees the day to day running of the engineers as well as the hire, service and goods in departments.
When not working, Paul enjoys attending football matches and spending time with his family.
With 20 years plus working in Sales and Distribution for some of the largest Global Asset Management and Financial Services firms, Dean brings a wealth of customer experience and knowledge to the business. Whilst new to the business Dean demonstrates his passion for customer experience and is focused on leading the Distribution team to reach its growth targets, ensuring that our customers receive a best in class service.
Outside of work Dean loves spending time with his wife and 2 daughters and enjoys nothing more than a game of rugby (alas watching not playing anymore) accompanied with the odd beverage.
Chris has been working at Brentwood Communications for 8 years, he started his employment in the Service Department before moving into the Hire Department as a Hire Co-Ordinator. From here, Chris naturally gravitated towards the Hire Desk. Chris eventually moved into the Sales Department where after a couple of years he progressed onto Sales & Hire Team Leader, Chris can now be found managing the Purchasing Department and is currently working towards his MCIPS degree.
Chris loves to travel and is also planning to complete his first Iron Man in the coming year.
