This landmark industrial structure has already found a new lease of life as a vibrant hub of luxury apartments, restaurants, bars, shops and public spaces. And its reinvention continues apace with the ongoing redevelopment of the surrounding area. Brentwood is proud to have played its part breathing new life into one of London’s most famous buildings by supplying two way radio support for a wide range of uses across the site.

We provided a fleet of Motorola DP4801e two way radios, one of the most powerful and cutting edge digital models available on the market. Loaded with advanced features such as alarm monitoring and emergency alert functions, private and group calling modes for targeted communications and call recording for monitoring purposes, the DP4801e handsets are used by a wide range of staff across the site. Concierge and security operatives use them to ensure residents enjoy premium levels of service with maximum protection, facilities and cleaning teams to coordinate efforts to keep all areas in pristine condition, and events staff use them to run high quality entertainments.

Asked to provide a fully integrated system across all use cases, we also supplied a Motorola DM4600 Desk Base to act as a central control centre for all radio communications. To ensure reliable coverage across the vast site, we supplied powerful Motorola SLR8000 repeaters to boost transmission, supported by a distributed antenna system (DAS).
