Marine Sales Support
Role Purpose: In this role and you will be strengthening current customer relationships and bringing new customers onboard so must have a proactive and outgoing approach to your work.

We are a technology business and are seeking an experienced sales support assistant.
You will be our first line of support to our new and existing customers, both on the phone and by e-mail, so confidence on the phone and excellent English and spelling are essential.
You will be dealing with our Super Yacht and Cruise line clients as well as any other Marnie enquiries.
You will assist the Strategic Account Manager with sales and admin support.
We offer great training and development to the right candidate, but you must have previous sales experience and be able to demonstrate success in your career to date but are ready to step up to the next level in your career.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, happy to help out others if required, keen to liaise with customers, external, internal or potential!

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted relationship-builder between the company and customers.
- Facilitate communication between company and customers.
- Help customers understand the benefits of new products and services.
- Create and provide quotes.
- Assist with selling company-specific services to customers by demonstrating how those services will improve their business.
- Conversion of quotes to sales
- You will be responsible for upkeep of records of clients and calls.
You must be currently living within a commutable distance from our office and able to drive/have use of a car as our offices are about 6 miles outside Chelmsford.
