As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we’re seeking a talented Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights. You will be working in a Marketing team of four, so must be able to work as part of a team as well as lead on Marketing Campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and tactics.
• Utilise data analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful execution and ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• Marketing Qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms and analytics software.

Driving license and own transport is essential

We are based near Chelmsford. You will occasionally visit our other offices in St Neots, Dublin and Southampton.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
