Quality Control Sales

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our company as Quality Control Sales based at our office near Chelmsford.

 

We currently have a new role to join our company as Quality Controller in our Sales Department. This role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.

We are a Radio Communications business and are seeking an experienced quality controller.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that all processes in the sales team are adhered to, this will be done via auditing and sampling the work that is being carried out.

You will assist in ensuring the standards set for the sales team are met, including phone calls, e-mails, opportunities followed through. Putting in place improvements for any gaps that are found.

You must have great Word and Excel skills and attention to detail.

You must be able to drive and have use of a car as our offices are about 6 miles outside Chelmsford and there is very limited public transport, but our offices are in a beautiful barn conversion more than makes up for the lack of shops around!

We are looking for someone who must be a team player, happy to help out others if required, will go looking for work or to help others.

In this role and you will be strengthening the consistency of our work, reporting on issues identified and steps put in place to rectify.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted relationship-builder between the company and internal customers.
  • Facilitate communication between company and customers.
  • Help customers understand the benefits of new products and services.
  • Assist with selling company-specific services to customers by demonstrating how those services will improve their business.
  • You must be currently living within a commutable distance from our office (30 miles max)
