VoCoVo systems are popular in retail, hospitality and leisure venues, helping to streamline operations and boost customer service via more efficient and agile communication. Forget leaving a customer waiting while a member of staff heads off to look for a colleague – with built-in push-to-talk (PTT) functionality, the two-way wireless headsets allow staff to talk in real time, wherever they are on the premises.

Additional options include customer call point buttons, which allow customers to summon staff with a simple touch. Similarly, checkout keypads can be preprogrammed with up to eight messages, meaning busy staff can call for specific assistance with just a touch.

VoCoVo user packages comprise the core hardware you need to run a system – headsets, headset charger rack, and a base unit that handles transmissions. VoCoVo packages come in two types, VoCoVo GO and VoCoVo Enterprise.

VoCoVo GO is the standard headsets-only package. You can connect up to 29 headsets at a time. Headsets come with a comfort-adjustable headband as standard. Or they can be upgraded to neckbands or earhooks for more flexible wearing options. All versions feature a PTT button which activates the microphone when you want to talk, or otherwise you can set it to Talk Lock, which keeps the microphone on and allows for hands-free use.

VoCoVo GO is an ideal plug-and-play solution that is up and running and ready to use within minutes of taking it out of the box. It features a standalone base station that doesn’t require any installation or even connecting to a network. Just plug it in, switch it on and start talking.

VoCoVo’s S5 Pro headset is the company’s most advanced yet. Built for long-lasting durability in commercial workspaces, it is IP65 tested for water and dust resistance, and can withstand being dropped from heights of two metres / 6ft. It has a redesigned stubby microphone arm for extra comfort for the wearer and features noise cancellation tailored to customer-facing environments to deliver HD quality audio every time.
