Technical Support
Role Purpose: This role will be providing support for our internal sales team and customers with this new technology.
You will be working with our IDARO brand which is our walkie-talkie app that can be used on devices such as mobile phones allowing our customers to communicate wherever they are in the world.
Following training, you will be working alongside our Senior Technical Pre-Sales specialist of this technology supporting our customers with setting up new devices and dealing with any support issues as they occur.
An aptitude and interest in technology and mobile apps would be great and the ability to find things out for yourself will definitely be required in this role.
You and a Senior Technical Pre-Sales Specialist will make up the team and the department is growing fast, so there is scope to grow.
The ability to liaise well with our customers is also an essential part of this role, a good knowledge of systems/IT is required but a lot of the technical skills can be trained to the right candidate.
The role will include:
- Liaising with our customers about their needs and demonstrating our systems to them.
- Interpreting client’s requirements, then designing implementing solutions.
- Taking responsibility for individual projects as necessary.
- Ensure quality and profitable services are performed to agreed SLA’s.
- To assist in provision of reports for the business as necessary.
- Maintain the data within our CRM system.
- Setting up devices including android, iOS and windows.
- Provide technical support to clients.
A 20 mile commute of our office is preferred – CM3 8EW

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
