More information

The revamped DP2000e series further confirms Motorola’s pivotal role in driving the future of digital two way radio forward. Building on the success of the DP2600 handset, the DP2600e once again breaks new ground with better audio, better coverage and enhanced features.

A display radio with a crystal clear black and white screen, the DP2600e features 128 channels with easy navigation between call and data functions. It operates in both analogue and digital modes and on both UHF & VHF frequencies. Compared to its predecessor, the DP2600, it boasts 16 per cent better signal coverage and, like the rest of the revamped MOTOTRBO range, benefits from up to 29 hours battery life with the innovative IMPRES smart energy system.

With an improved IP67 rating for water and dust resistance, the Motorola DP2600e digital radio is perfectly suited to harsh environments such as construction and manufacturing, where day in day out durability is a must. It is also available in a TIA4950 certified HazLoc version.

The cutting edge IMPRES audio system provides consistent sound quality in all environments, with SINC+ advanced noise cancellation making sure the message can be heard loud and clear regardless of background noise. It also features intelligent audio, meaning the volume automatically adjusts to compensate for background noise.

This radio features Lone Worker as standard ensuring staff are monitored at all times. The ability to make and receive private and group calls means you can communicate with radio users without disturbing others, while non-verbal communications are available in the form of pre-programmable text messages, which are sent via one of three programmable buttons. There is also a vibrating belt clip option alerting the wearer to a call or text discreetly.
