Vape Detector Subscription – Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Overview

Each Lugra Vape Detector connects to the cloud and links with the free mobile app for basic alerts at no extra cost. You can view notifications and manage your device straight from the app without a subscription.

For enhanced features, including email notifications, an active subscription is required (£10 + VAT/month). Subscriptions can be added or upgraded at any time.

2. What’s Included

– Real-time vape detection alerts via the companion app (iOS & Android).

– Customisable email notifications to multiple recipients.

– Centralised dashboard for device management and reporting.

– Ongoing software updates and performance enhancements.

– Remote diagnostics and support tools (if applicable).

3. Device Compatibility

To receive full functionality, each device must be registered to an active subscription. Without an active subscription, the device will not send alerts or log activity.

4. Billing & Payments

– Subscription is billed monthly per device and payable by Direct Debit or other approved payment method.

– The first month’s subscription is billed upon activation or shipment.

– Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled with at least 30 days’ written notice.

5. Minimum Term

A minimum subscription term of 12 months applies unless otherwise agreed. Early termination may result in a charge equivalent to the remaining contract value.

6. Cancellation & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment or breach of these terms. Customers may cancel after the minimum term by providing written notice 30 days in advance.

7. Data & Privacy

Device alerts and usage data are stored securely and accessible only by authorised users. Data is used solely to provide service and support. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Warranty & Support

All vape detectors come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Technical support is included for the duration of the active subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we aim for high detection accuracy, no system is 100% foolproof. We do not accept liability for any missed alerts or false positives. Customers are responsible for taking appropriate follow-up actions.

10. Fair Usage

We reserve the right to monitor system usage and ensure it is in line with intended purposes. Excessive or abusive use may result in suspension.
