With 20 different teams, both junior and adult leagues, the club is a hive of activity and the match on the 20th April was set to be no exception, hence the need for reliable, high quality communications across the pitch and surrounding areas.

Brentwood supplied Westcombe Park the Lugra Evolve E55 digital radios to ensure high quality sound and coverage across the large open space. The radio is IP54 rated, providing protection against the elements, and offers lone worker and private calling features for safety of staff and secure communications.

The radios were distributed between referees, club staff and first aid responders, ensuring the safety of players and creating an enjoyable match day for all. With the club hoping to climb up the 1st XV league table, the supporters and team needed the event to run as efficiently as possible to try to secure the win.

A benefit of hiring radios is that there is a wide range of accessories available should the customer require them, in this case two wire acoustic tube and d-shape earpieces were supplied to use with the radios so that radio users had a choice of equipment. Carry cases, headsets and remote speaker mics can also be added to a two way radio hire package should they be needed.
