More information

Designed to perform, built to last – the new Lugra LT6100A stays true to the Lugra brand, delivering value without compromise.

Built to provide a reliable radio coverage when in high use and within harshest environments, the LT6100A is intuitive and easy to use. Combined with its attractive price, the LT6100A makes an ideal entry-level option for first-time two-way radio users. The radio handset has a simple control set-up which includes the traditional push-to-talk button, volume control, channel scan and function switch.

Known for their value for money and a quality build, Lugra Solutions has developed the new LT6000 series of radios with harsh environments and usage in mind. There are three models of two way radio within the LT6000 series; analogue, digital and licence free. The LT6100A shares the same features as the rest of the LT6000 series of radios but is programmed to analogue frequencies.

The LT6100A boasts an IP67dust and water protection rating, making it safe and reliable to use in dusty and wet environments, such as construction sites.

Built with the latest noise cancelling technology and extended long range, the LT6100A won’t let you down. Capable of working on both VHF and UHF frequencies, for use indoors and out.

Weighing just 308g, the LT6000 series of two way radios are noticeably lighter than alternative radios, and with chassis dimensions of 127 x 57 x 32mm they are compact and easy to carry without proving a hindrance.

For use in harsh settings such as construction sites, the LT6100A radio provides a number of features for health and safety coordination.

An Emergency Alarm button issues a network-wide alert with a single touch, minimising delays in getting help in the event of an accident.

Lone Worker requires users to check in with the network at fixed intervals, triggering an alarm if they do not, so colleagues can make sure they are safe.

The optional Man Down feature uses a tilt switch positional gauge and accelerometer built into the handset to detect unusual movements which may be caused by a fall, also issuing an automatic alert.

The LT6100A comes with 256 available channels and allows users to create up to 10,000 call groups on selected channels, rather than having to broadcast to the whole network. It also supports direct one-to-one private calling and digital voice recording/play is and optional feature.

Other optional features include, Bluetooth and GPS

With data security in the workplace a high priority for most businesses these days, the LT6100A encrypts all radio communications as standard, maintaining privacy even if the call frequencies you are using are picked up on external devices. It also comes with a Remote Kill function which means a handset can be disabled if lost.

This hybrid radio autodetects digital and analogue, and will operate in either analogue and digital modes.

Lugra two-way radio handsets support both direct mode operation (DMO) and trunked mode operation (TMO). DMO is the technical term for ‘back-to-back’ operation, where handsets communicate directly with one another without the need for any other equipment. DMO is therefore an easy, convenient and cost-effective way to use two way radios. TMO uses ancillary equipment like antennas and repeaters to boost the quality of coverage over a wider area, and can be useful if you want more reliable communication in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Suitable for use indoors and out, with the capability to work on VHF and UHF frequencies. VHF offers better signal range in open spaces where there are few obstacles, while higher frequency UHF radio is better indoors and in built-up areas as the signals can pass through walls and objects with less interference.

Lugra LT6100A radio has a two year warranty.
